- Access to the property from 11:00am - 11:00pm.
- Tables and chairs for reception up to 180 people.
- Multiple ceremony locations (in case of inclement weather) with chairs.
- Use of Two outdoor patios for a covered ceremony site, happy hour with bar, or outdoor relaxation, creating that indoor/outdoor atmosphere.
- Use of Bridal and Groom rooms before and during your event.
- Access to the Décor Den to gain inspiration or incorporate into your day.
- Ability to choose from the caterer of your choice to fit your taste and budget. Prep room designed by top local caterers with a walk in cooler, lots of outlets and commercial tables.
- No guest minimum!
- Use of lawn games and fire pit.
- Legacy staff members on site for the entirety of your event to maintain grounds and facility.
Other Important Details
- Each event is required to carry a 1M event insurance policy with The Legacy listed as additional insured. This costs approximately $200.
- Rental rates and terms will be based on the date the agreement is written, not the date of the tour or inquiry.
